At Home Watch of America™, our mantra is Observe and Report, and our service is designed to help homeowners stay informed about their property while they’re away.
For the exterior, we observe features such as the roof (from ground level), doors, windows, walls, visible landscaping, and pool. Inside, we observe items like plumbing fixtures, windows, doors, ceilings, floors, walls, lights, thermostat, and hot water heaters. If you have special requests—we can include these in our visual observations upon request, provided they align with the scope of our service.
We aim to include video recordings of the service because transparency matters to us. While we make every effort to provide them, technical issues can occur, so we cannot guarantee availability every time.
Access to your property is managed through a lockbox. Members choose between a Standard Lockbox or a Smart Lockbox that is provided during your membership. This lockbox allows keys to be stored on-site and accessed by our employees for scheduled services.
Our service is strictly observational, focused on recording visible aspects of your property. We do not perform maintenance, repairs, or provide recommendations. Any decisions or follow-up actions remain entirely in your very capable hands.
